In the spirit of the nanoSAFE2020 conference, SAbyNA organises on November 23rd a training session on “Science Diplomacy: A New Way to Think About Your Role in a Community of Research”.
The first part of the training will introduce the concept of science diplomacy and will ask the panelists to give their perspective on science diplomacy and its practices. Among them, S4D4C team member Lorenzo Melchor, will share his experience as a science diplomat with the audience.
The audience will then be divided into small groups and will be asked to reflect on science diplomacy, its activities, its contribution to addressing global challenges and to identifying pathways for careers in science diplomacy.
